Processing & Delivery Times

All orders are processed the same business day if placed before 12 PM Central European Time (CET), otherwise they are processed within 1 business day after payment. Estimated delivery times:

Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Duties & Import Taxes

No hidden fees.
We cover all customs duties and import taxes for you.
There are no additional charges upon delivery, no matter your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your shipment in real time.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Period

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund within 10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

As a small growing brand, we currently can’t cover return shipping costs yet.
A return fee of €3.90 will be deducted from your refund.
